Shoe Biz accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise (excluding shipping costs) that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Returns must be made within sixty (60) days after you have received your merchandise.  Please include your order number and a short description of your return or exchange. Download a Return Form
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Shoe Biz reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the sixty (60) day return period
  • Review our website for availability of desired exchange item(s)
  • Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Shoe Biz cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your refund or exchange has been made.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shoe Biz)

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3 PM (EST) will be shipped out the same day and all orders placed Monday – Friday after 3 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours (Holiday’s excluded), pending availability and credit card authorization.  All orders placed Friday (after 3 PM), Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.

Shoe Biz will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or has a manufacturers defect, if additional identification is needed for credit authorization, or to verify shipping charges on all International Orders.

Shoe Biz currently offers FREE Shipping on All Orders (excluding International Orders). Most orders will be shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. Shoe Biz reserves the right to change any order from U.S. Postal Service to any common carrier for ground shipping. This includes but not limited to free or paid shipping.

USPS Priority shipping will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the USPS tracking number for your package

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Shoe Biz, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shoe Biz offers International shipping for a flat rate of $55 USD (Canada and Mexico $35 USD). Please Note: Reef does not allow international sales.

  Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For Standard Ground shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Q: I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us Toll Fee at (877) 765-2697 and we’ll update the address before the order ships from our shipping department. If more than an hour has passed, there is a good chance we have already packed and shipped your order! In either case, please call us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.
Q:  Do you cover any customs fees/charges?
A:  No.
Q: Why did my shoes come without a box/lid?
A: Certain brands do not come with boxes from the manufacturer. Also, sale shoes may or may not come with a box lid.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses
Q: How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: All Alaska and Hawaii addresses are sent via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?
A: All APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the USPS to track your package.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, international shipping is a flat rate of $55 USD (Canada and Mexico $35 USD). Please Note: Reef does not allow international sales.
Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.


All merchandise shipped to Florida addresses will be charged sales tax.


Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to insure your safety.*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with. To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the top of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.


What is Preauthorization?

Our online checkout process preauthorizes all credit cards. This is for security reasons only. A preauthorization is not an actual charge, it is a pending charge. Depending on your financial institution this pending charge can take up to 72 hours to be removed or processed.

Medicare Approved

Shoe Biz carries a variety of Medicare Approved shoes. If a shoe is Medicare Approved it will be clearly marked. In most cases this is for Diabetics. You must first be approved by your doctor. Once you're approved by your doctor, then you will need to purchase the appropriate shoes prescribed for you. Lastly, you need to file your claim with Medicare to be reimbursed for the purchase price. Medicare only allows/approves one pair of shoes per year. Please Note: Shoe Biz is not authorized to file this claim for you.
